PRIVACY

How I handle your information.

Short version: I collect only what you give me, use it only for what you asked for, and never sell it.

Contact form

When you send a message, I receive your name, email, topic, and message. Netlify, which hosts this site, processes the form and filters spam. A copy goes to a private spreadsheet that only I can access, so I can keep track of replies. I use it only to respond to you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to In the Loop, from the signup box or the opt-in on the contact form, your email address is stored with beehiiv, the service that sends the newsletter. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. beehiiv may record basic delivery data, such as opens and clicks, to report on the newsletter.

What I don’t do

• I don’t sell or share your information with advertisers.
• I don’t add you to the newsletter unless you ask to be added.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what I have about you, email info@jeremymckellar.com and I’ll take care of it.
